Our Vacherin Stage Programme gives our chefs the opportunity to step beyond their own kitchens and learn directly from some of London’s most exciting culinary talent.

Our chefs travelled to Rungis Market in France — one of the world’s largest fresh produce markets — to discover new flavours, meet suppliers and experience the incredible energy behind one of the food industry’s most iconic destinations.

Created by our talented barista team, the drink brought together creativity, innovation and exceptional coffee craft — serving nearly 200 affogatos throughout the event.

Through our Glass Plate Project, we invited our client team at Clarksons to experience the craft behind the pieces themselves — exploring how sustainability, design and hospitality come together.

At International Salon Culinaire 2026, held as part of the HRC show, 14 of our chefs stepped into the competition kitchen to showcase their creativity, technical ability and passion for culinary excellence.

Our chefs spent a meaningful day at Luminary Bakery, working alongside an inspiring social enterprise dedicated to training, empowerment and opportunity.

The visit formed part of a wider initiative supporting female chefs across Vacherin, creating space for learning, connection and shared growth.

Our Annual Client Christmas event transformed London into an immersive dining journey, blending creativity, storytelling and festive celebration.

Guests were taken through a series of themed spaces inspired by iconic London districts, each designed to deliver a unique culinary and sensory experience.

Crush the Rush 2025 brought together our barista teams for one of the most high-energy and fast-paced coffee competitions in the Vacherin calendar.

Across a full day of pressure, precision and performance, teams went head-to-head to test speed, consistency and craft under real competition conditions.
