The London Coffee Festival brought together the best of the coffee industry, and Vacherin was proud to showcase our signature creation, V-Stack//2.
Hosted at the True Artisan Café space with La Marzocco, our baristas Nikola, Eve and River served up our unique affogato-inspired creation to coffee lovers, industry professionals and foodservice leaders throughout the day.
The response was incredible, with queues building as visitors came to experience the drink and discover the story behind the creation.
V-Stack//2 brought together:
• Açaí berry sorbet from Sambazon
• Dairy-free gelato from Protein Cream
• Freeze-dried raspberry flakes
• Double ristretto espresso
The drink represented exactly what we love about coffee at Vacherin — creativity, collaboration and the constant drive to explore new experiences.
