Customer service training at Mazi Mas

On Tuesday 2nd of May, Natalie Joyce, our Head of entrée, and Jodie White, Front of House Manager, conducted customer service training for a group of ladies at the charity Mazi Mas who support refugees from their home countries to seek employment in the UK. The ladies work at events organised by Mazi Mas showcasing their home cooked food that is personally prepared. Natalie and Jodie focused on the service of the food and were able to teach the ladies how to host their customers at the events and during their future employment. It was a fantastic afternoon with lots learnt and practiced for a really great cause
