Vacherin, London’s specialist caterer, has appointed international coffee expert Marc-Pierre Dietrich as its first ever Head of Coffee.

The new, specialist role has been created to drive forward Vacherin’s vision to create and deliver highly engaging, aspirational and customer-centric coffee experiences that mirror and influence London’s diverse coffee scene.

Vacherin’s Alex Rowe has had a fantastic start to 2025 with a promotion to Director of Food for the specialist London caterer.

Alex’s promotion is in recognition of his leadership and achievements as Head of Food and his dedication to culinary excellence, fostering inclusivity and ensuring every detail of Vacherin’s food culture is exceptional.

Last month, we embarked on the ultimate coffee tasting adventure - a bespoke tour of London’s trendiest coffee spots with our coffee partner, Redemption Roasters. 

This exclusive coffee crawl was the prize for the 2nd place runner-up team from our Crush the Rush barista competition held in November.

The Vacherin head office team undertook the arduous task of taste testing the high street’s finest Christmas offerings, so you don’t have to.

Our annual client Christmas party has built quite a reputation for being extravagant, imaginative, and undeniably unforgettable—and this year, we outdid ourselves, raising the bar on creating a magical and memorable experience for all our guests. 

At the beginning of November, Vacherin proudly hosted Crush the Rush, our most exciting and fast-paced barista competition to date.

To celebrate our awesome brand refresh, we created an attention-grabbing ‘fake’ out-of-home (OOH) advertising campaign that brought our new identity to life, and to London, in a way only Vacherin could.

The Association of Catering Excellence (ACE) has announced Alice Barrett of Vacherin as the winner of the 2024 ACE Robyns Award at its annual summer party. 

In partnership with Chef Consultant Sabrina Gidda and Westminster Kingsway College, Vacherin has launched PLATE, a chef talent programme designed to inspire students and guide them into successful careers in foodservice.
