Our approach is personal and precise, and we work hard to reflect the culture of each individual business we support through thoughtfully-considered experiences. Warmth and attention to detail are a given, giving people exactly what they want – before they know they want it - that’s our speciality.

Our unique, independent spirit is as key to our staff as it is to our clients and we pride ourselves on being serious about what we do while not taking ourselves too seriously. It’s this approach, alongside our appetite for embracing change, that has been key to our longevity.

By cutting down on waste and preserving natural resources, we make sure that every dish reflects our commitment to sustainability. Because with every meal we serve, we don’t only feed real connections but also nurture a better planet.

And when it comes to your business approach, we can lead or lend a hand, helping you to reach your goals (like achieving WELL accreditation) or giving some guidance if you don’t know where to start. At Vacherin we don’t gatekeep best practice, we strive to push the whole industry forward.
