We are thrilled to announce that our very own Head Chef, Ben Garnett-Sinclair, has been honoured with a prestigious Acorn Award!
The Acorn Awards, often referred to as the "30 under 30," have been recognising the brightest young talents in the hospitality industry since 1986. This year, Ben was celebrated for his dedication, remarkable culinary contributions both at Vacherin and beyond, and his relentless pursuit of innovation.
Ben’s journey with Vacherin spans over 11 years, starting as a trainee and quickly ascending to the role of Hospitality Head Chef by the age of 25. Today, he proudly serves as Head Chef at one of our most esteemed financial services sites in central London, showcasing his exceptional skills and leadership.
Our Executive Development Chef, Stephen Humphries, expressed his pride and admiration:
