Our chefs continue to push boundaries, develop their skills and represent Vacherin on some of hospitality’s biggest stages.
At International Salon Culinaire 2026, held as part of the HRC show, 14 of our chefs stepped into the competition kitchen to showcase their creativity, technical ability and passion for culinary excellence.
This year’s competition saw an incredible mix of experience and new talent, with half of our participating chefs entering a competition environment for the very first time.
The results were a fantastic reflection of the commitment, preparation and support behind every chef’s journey, with the team achieving:

• 5 Bronze awards
• 4 Hygiene awards
For us, competitions are about much more than medals. They are opportunities to build confidence, challenge ourselves and create a culture where anyone with ambition and curiosity can take their next step.
Behind every chef competing is a network of mentors, colleagues and supporters who help guide them throughout the process.
We couldn’t be prouder of everyone who represented Vacherin — and we look forward to seeing where this talent continues to grow.
