As a Springboard Ambassador, Diana has dedicated herself to helping people take those important first steps — whether through interview preparation, guest speaking sessions, wellbeing support or simply offering encouragement when it matters most.
Diana’s approach is rooted in a simple belief: everyone deserves a chance to succeed with the right support around them.
Through her work, Diana has helped create real impact across the industry:

• 33 volunteers engaged
• 170+ volunteer hours contributed
• 152 people supported into employment
