On Saturday 17th June we held our Vacherin London20 challenge to raise £20k for our charity partner the social enterprise, Luminary Bakery. Over 70 people took part in our challenge running, walking or jogging 20k around central London on a gloriously hot and sunny day. The route started at Clarkson’s in Commodity Quay and hugged the route of the Thames taking in the top London sites such as the Tower of London and London Bridge. Our participants slogged it out in the sun making sure to take in regular water stops along the way. At the end of the 20k course their hard work was well rewarded in true Vacherin style with a delicious BBQ and ice cold drinks with friends and family afterwards.
We still have a fantastic charity raffle going on so we can’t reveal the full amount raised yet, we’ll be making the announcement very soon so keep your eyes peeled for updates! To enter the raffle and win some amazing prizes you can follow the link here.
