At their previous location, a global shipping firm rarely entertained clients on site. Only 15% of events took place in-house, as their catering team and facilities weren’t trusted to match the quality of external venues. But with a move to a new building came a new ambition—to create a dining experience that would rival top restaurants, offering clients something truly special on site.
Vacherin stepped in after winning the tender in 2015, transforming the consultancy's approach to food. With regularly changing, seasonal menus and a focus on fresh, vibrant ingredients, we reimagined the way food was delivered. Our general manager worked closely with stakeholders, building trust in the team and fine-tuning the offer to meet their evolving needs. In 2017, we took things further by bringing in a chef who had reached the final of Masterchef: The Professionals, elevating the menu to fine dining standards.
The transformation was complete. Today, 95% of client entertainment is handled in- house, with Vacherin now an integral part of the experience. The client's trust in our team has led to a partnership that has lasted nine years and counting.
